    Full-Stack Engineer

    Turn business and technical requirements into reliable production systems: CRM platforms, data and lead pipelines, AI agents and RAG, automation, web applications, and the infrastructure under them. Remote-first, project-based to start, with a path to a permanent technical leadership role.

    Remote-first / Dhaka, Bangladesh preferred
  2. 02

    Lead Generation Specialist

    Own the pipeline end to end: research approved markets, run compliant outreach, qualify real requirements, book and support meetings, and carry opportunities through to collected revenue. Commission only to start, global remote, minimum eight hours a week.

    Global remote / Remote worldwide, Dhaka preferred
  3. 03

    Social Media Manager

    Own Blaron's entire content engine, from research and strategy through writing, design, filming, editing, publishing, community and analytics. Full-time, hybrid in Dhaka, reporting directly to the founder.
