Role objective
The Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for building and managing a reliable pipeline of qualified sales opportunities for Blaron. The specialist identifies suitable prospects, conducts compliant outreach, understands business and technical requirements, maintains professional client communication, arranges qualified meetings, supports the approved sales process, and helps convert opportunities into collected revenue. The role is not limited to collecting names or email addresses. It requires full ownership of the lead-generation process while respecting Blaron's exclusive authority over technical estimates, pricing, proposals, discounts, contracts, and final project acceptance.
Definition of closing contribution
A specialist is considered to have helped close a deal when the specialist:
- Sources or receives the lead.
- Conducts approved outreach and follow-up.
- Qualifies the prospect and identifies a credible requirement.
- Accurately documents the opportunity.
- Moves the prospect through the approved sales process.
- Materially contributes to the prospect accepting Blaron's approved quotation or contract.
- Supports the process until Blaron receives the first required client payment.
What stays with Blaron
Blaron retains exclusive control over technical scoping, estimates, pricing, proposals, discounts, contract language, project acceptance, and delivery commitments. A specialist must never promise a feature, budget, discount, deadline, or technical outcome without written authorization.

- Build accurate, verified, properly sourced lead records.
- Prioritize startups while remaining capable of prospecting across all approved sectors and countries.
- Research the prospect's business, current systems, likely pain points, and relevant Blaron service before outreach.
- Avoid low-quality list building, duplicate records, and contacts with no plausible relevance.
Outbound and inbound lead generation

- Understand software architecture, workflows, integrations, APIs, databases, automation, AI, and UI/UX sufficiently to conduct accurate discovery.
- Convert conversations into structured briefs, workflow maps, requirement notes, or nested documentation when required.
- Use AI tools to assist documentation and research when useful, while independently verifying all output.
- Escalate technical questions, feasibility questions, estimates, and commercial decisions to Blaron's engineering or management team.
Meetings and sales support
- Schedule qualified meetings with the appropriate Blaron representative.
- Prepare Blaron before each meeting with complete prospect context and qualification notes.

- Specialists may work for other clients or companies, including competitors, provided there is no confidentiality breach, conflict of interest, misuse of Blaron data, or interference with Blaron responsibilities.
Commission model
General basis
- The initial engagement is completely commission-based.
- There is no guaranteed salary, hourly payment, monthly payment, or guaranteed volume of opportunities during this stage.
- Commission is calculated on the total agreed client contract value before payment-processing fees, taxes, and delivery expenses.
- Commission becomes payable proportionally only after Blaron receives each corresponding non-refunded client payment.
- No commission is earned merely because a quotation is sent, a contract is signed, or a client promises to pay.
- Blaron releases earned commission within seven calendar days after receiving the applicable cleared client payment.
- Commission applies only to eligible deals with a minimum contract value of USD 100 or the equivalent.
Commission rates
| Contribution type | Commission |
|---|---|
| Self-sourced lead personally managed through qualification and closing | 15% to 20% |
| Blaron-provided lead personally managed toward closing | 5% |
| Self-sourced lead qualified and handed to Blaron for closing | 10% |
| Passive referral without qualification, follow-up, or sales involvement | 0% |
Full-cycle commission tiers
The CEO or GM assigns the applicable full-cycle rate in writing before outreach begins. The assigned rate may be reviewed for future outreach, and cannot be reduced retroactively after approved outreach or work has begun.
- 15 percent: standard full-cycle commission
- 17.5 percent: stronger verified qualifications or proven performance
- 20 percent: exceptional verified results and sustained performance
Later projects from the same client
- While the specialist remains actively contracted with Blaron, genuinely new projects or material expansions from the same sourced client qualify for a 7 percent commission.
- The 7 percent does not apply to routine maintenance, support retainers, or unchanged recurring services.
- The later-project entitlement ends when the specialist's contractor relationship with Blaron ends.
- A commission already earned from a contract closed while the specialist was engaged remains payable when Blaron later collects the applicable client payment.
Shared contribution
- When two specialists materially contribute to the same deal, the applicable commission is divided equally, 50 percent to each contributor.
- Shared credit applies only when both contributions are documented and approved by Blaron.
Payment methods
Blaron may pay commissions through bank transfer, cryptocurrency, or bKash, Nagad, or another approved local method for Bangladeshi specialists. The exact method, currency, wallet or account details, and transaction responsibility are documented during onboarding.
Cancellation, refunds, and misconduct
Normal commercial outcomes
- No commission is earned on any amount the client never pays.
- If a collected payment is refunded after commission was released, the proportional refunded commission may be deducted from future commission payments.
- A normal cancellation, delayed payment, dispute, refund, or project abandonment does not automatically constitute specialist misconduct.
- No misconduct penalty applies when the issue results from Blaron's pricing, proposal, contract, delivery, technical work, or circumstances outside the specialist's reasonable control.
Misconduct
Misconduct may include:
- Knowingly submitting a fraudulent or materially misrepresented lead
- Hiding known payment-risk or identity information
- Making an unauthorized commercial or technical promise
- Misrepresenting Blaron's services, capabilities, pricing, case studies, or authority
- Using a false identity or deceptive outreach method
- Violating qualification, documentation, privacy, or outreach rules
- Diverting a Blaron prospect or client
- Fabricating activity, meetings, results, or pipeline records
How a misconduct decision is made
The CEO or GM makes the final misconduct decision. The specialist must receive written notice, supporting evidence, and a reasonable opportunity to explain the situation. Formal penalties remain active for six months. If two substantiated penalties occur within that period, the commission on the next single eligible project may be reduced by one-third. No penalty may be applied retroactively without documented evidence and management review. Serious fraud, diversion, confidentiality breach, or data misuse may instead result in immediate termination and any lawful contractual remedy.
Lead definitions
Valid lead
A valid lead:
- Matches an approved target market
- Represents a real and verifiable business or organization
- Includes a verified decision-maker or relevant contact
- Contains accurate contact information and source evidence
- Is not already registered in Blaron's system
- Has a plausible need for a Blaron service
- Has not explicitly opted out of contact
Qualified meeting
A qualified meeting is a scheduled and attended conversation with a relevant decision-maker who has a credible business need, reasonable authority, and genuine interest in discussing a Blaron solution. A booking that the prospect does not attend does not count as a qualified meeting.
Closed deal
A deal is closed when the client accepts Blaron's approved quotation or contract and Blaron receives the first required payment.
Positive reply
A positive reply is a genuine expression of interest in discussing a relevant Blaron solution. Automated replies, polite refusals, unsubscribe requests, irrelevant messages, and non-committal acknowledgements do not count.
Lead registration, attribution, and ownership
Mandatory lead record
Every lead must be registered before outreach. Each record must include, when applicable:
- Company or organization name
- Website or domain
- Contact name and position
- Verified email, phone, or social profile
- Geographic market and industry
- Original source and source URL
- Date and time registered
- Assigned specialist
- Qualification notes
- Business problem or opportunity
- Relevant Blaron service
- Outreach channel and message history
- Current pipeline status
- Last contact date
- Next action and due date
- Meeting, proposal, and payment status
- Supporting evidence
Attribution rules
- The first complete and valid registration receives initial attribution.
- Duplicate records are checked using company domain, email, phone, LinkedIn profile, and manual review.
- A prospect already registered by Blaron or another specialist cannot be claimed again.
- Lead ownership remains active for 90 days.
- The 90-day attribution period renews when genuine progress is documented.
- A lead may be reassigned after 14 days without a required follow-up or documented next action.
- An active negotiation cannot be reassigned without management review.
- Blaron may close or reassign a rejected, unqualified, abandoned, or expired opportunity.
- Blaron's records determine attribution in a dispute, subject to documented evidence and management review.
Company ownership and non-solicitation
- All lead lists, contact records, research, messages, notes, proposals, pipeline data, and client information created or received during the engagement belong to Blaron.
- The specialist may not export, resell, repurpose, redirect, or retain Blaron data for unauthorized use.
- For 12 months after leaving Blaron, the specialist may not redirect, solicit, or commercially exploit any prospect or client registered in Blaron's system or introduced through Blaron during the engagement.
- This restriction does not prevent general sales work, employment, or service to unrelated clients.
Targets and performance management
Thirty-day ramp-up
Every new specialist receives a 30-day ramp-up period to learn Blaron's services, positioning, documentation, qualification rules, outreach standards, and reporting process. Activity and learning are monitored during this period, but the complete commercial targets do not automatically apply from the first day.
Hard commercial targets after ramp-up
- At least one closed deal per month
- At least USD 800 in collected client revenue per month
Performance indicators
These support evaluation but do not independently trigger automatic termination. Quality, conversion, pipeline health, documentation, conduct, and collected revenue are assessed together.
- 100 genuine positive replies per month
- 20 attended qualified meetings per month
- 10 Blaron-approved proposals per month
- The highest sustainable volume of verified prospecting and compliant outreach consistent with lead quality, platform policies, applicable law, and Blaron's brand standards
Underperformance and termination
- Blaron may normally terminate the engagement after two consecutive months of missing the core commercial targets following the ramp-up period, unless there is justified and documented pipeline progress.
- Repeated inactivity, poor documentation, failure to follow up, refusal to follow an approved sales plan, or persistent low-quality activity may also justify termination.
- Dishonesty, serious misconduct, data misuse, lead diversion, fraudulent reporting, or unauthorized promises may justify immediate termination.
- Termination does not cancel commission already earned under the approved commission rules.
Performance perks
Consistently successful specialists may receive discretionary benefits. These are discretionary unless confirmed in writing.
- Approved expense support
- Performance bonuses
- Improved tools or company resources
- Other individually agreed benefits
- Consideration for part-time or full-time salaried employment
Tools, accounts, and expenses

- Only an authorized Blaron representative may send the final quotation, proposal, contract, or official commercial commitment.
Outreach compliance and brand protection
All activity must comply with applicable privacy, data-protection, anti-spam, telemarketing, and platform rules in the markets being contacted. The following are prohibited:
