About Blaron
Blaron is a Dhaka-based engineering studio serving businesses in Bangladesh and international markets. The company builds custom software, automation systems, AI infrastructure, CRM solutions, data pipelines, web applications, bots, and performance and security systems. Blaron is hiring because its project volume and technical workload require additional engineering capacity. The selected engineer will initially support clearly defined projects and milestones rather than enter directly into a monthly salaried role.
Purpose of the role
The engineer will turn business and technical requirements into reliable production systems. This is not a narrow coding-only position. The role requires ownership of research, architecture, development, testing, deployment, documentation, monitoring, and maintenance. The engineer must be comfortable working across different industries and project types. Blaron may assign new systems, existing codebases, internal tools, client platforms, integrations, automation pipelines, or infrastructure-related work.
Nature of the engagement
Initial arrangement
- The relationship begins on a project or milestone basis.
- Each project will have a written scope, delivery requirements, milestones, deadline, budget, payment schedule, and acceptance process.
- Project or milestone compensation will be proposed by Blaron and finalized through mutual discussion before work begins.
- The initial arrangement is not a monthly salaried employment commitment.
- Early engagements may be divided into smaller paid milestones so both parties can evaluate compatibility and delivery quality.
Scope changes
- Minor clarifications that remain inside the agreed scope do not automatically change the budget.
- Material additions or major changes outside the approved scope will be reviewed separately.
- When a scope change is substantial, Blaron will provide additional compensation and may extend the deadline.
- No additional work should begin until the revised scope, budget, and timeline are approved in writing.
Long-term progression
After the engineer understands Blaron's workload, delivery standards, communication style, project volume, and operating pressure, either party may propose a different arrangement. Possible progression includes part-time monthly employment, full-time monthly employment, or a permanent technical leadership position. Progression is based on performance, compatibility, ownership, reliability, and business requirements. It is not automatic or guaranteed.
Main project areas
Blaron's current project categories are ranked below by relevance. The exact technology stack and deliverables will vary by project.
- CRM systems and integrations: custom CRM platforms, workflow modules, dashboards, pipelines, user roles, business logic, and third-party integrations.
- Data scraping and lead systems: reliable data-collection pipelines, enrichment systems, lead research, browser automation, deduplication, validation, export, and monitoring.
- AI agents, RAG, and LLM integrations: agent workflows, retrieval systems, knowledge bases, tool calling, structured outputs, evaluations, guardrails, and production monitoring.
- Automation and bots: business-process automation, scheduled workflows, messaging bots, event-driven systems, and multi-platform integrations.
- Web applications and SaaS: production web platforms, dashboards, admin panels, account systems, subscription logic, internal tools, and client-facing applications.
- Performance, monitoring, and security: performance optimization, logs, metrics, alerts, system hardening, availability monitoring, debugging, and incident response.
- Crypto and blockchain systems: market-data systems, monitoring tools, wallet or transaction tracking, automation, and blockchain integrations when required.

- AI output is never accepted without engineering review.
- The engineer remains fully responsible for correctness, security, performance, maintainability, licensing implications, and documentation.
- The engineer must understand the code and architecture delivered under their name.
- Unreviewed, copied, fragile, or insecure AI-generated output is unacceptable.
- Proficiency with Claude Code and ChatGPT Codex must be demonstrated through practical experience from the beginning of the engagement.
Experience, qualifications, and eligibility
Experience
- Eight or more years of professional system-development or coding experience is preferred.
- General software-development experience counts when it demonstrates relevant engineering depth.
- An exceptional engineer with fewer years may qualify if their architecture, code quality, delivery history, and judgment are strong.
Education
- No formal degree or educational qualification is mandatory.
- Skill, maturity, proof of work, technical reasoning, and accountability are more important than academic credentials.
Location and language
- Bangladesh-based engineers are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Dhaka is preferred because occasional in-person meetings may be required.
- Remote applicants may still be considered after an online meeting.
- Strong written and spoken English is required for briefs, documentation, updates, and technical discussion.
Professional maturity
The engineer must:
- Understand the seriousness of production and client work
- Take ownership instead of waiting for constant supervision
- Communicate blockers, risks, and delays early
- Learn new skills quickly when projects require them
- Work carefully under pressure without sacrificing security or quality
- Protect confidential information and client trust
- Provide accurate progress updates and realistic commitments
Working arrangement
- The role is remote-first and deadline-focused.
- In-person meetings may be arranged in Bashundhara R/A when a project requires deeper discussion.
- Meeting timing will be discussed based on mutual availability.
- Working hours are flexible unless a project requires a defined schedule.
- Occasional urgent availability may be requested and mutually agreed when a project genuinely requires it.
- The engineer may work with other companies or clients if this does not create a conflict of interest, expose confidential information, or delay Blaron's work.
Reporting and communication
- The engineer will initially report directly to Nahid Hasan Abir, Founder and CEO of Blaron.
- Project briefs, priorities, approvals, and internal feedback will be provided through Nahid Hasan Abir or an authorized Blaron representative.
- The role initially collaborates only with Blaron's internal team.
- The engineer must not contact or represent Blaron to a client without written authorization.
- Communication channels, update frequency, meeting cadence, and reporting format will be agreed per project.

The engineer is expected to provide and maintain the resources needed for professional development work, including:
- A capable development computer
- Reliable internet access
- Practical power backup
- Testing devices when required
- Development and debugging tools
- Personal Claude Code and ChatGPT Codex subscriptions
- A secure local working environment
Compensation and payment terms
Blaron or the client will provide or reimburse approved project-specific production resources as agreed, including hosting, domains, cloud infrastructure, production APIs, proxies, CAPTCHA services, and client-owned accounts. No expense should be assumed reimbursable without prior written approval.
- Compensation is determined per project or milestone.
- Blaron will propose a budget based on the approved scope.
- The final amount is negotiable and must be confirmed before work begins.
- Compensation may be agreed in BDT or USD.
- Payment may be made by bank transfer or mobile banking.
- There is no fixed percentage-based payment model.
- The exact milestone review and payment timing will be written into each project agreement.
- Blaron will review milestone completion against the agreed requirements before approval.
- A material scope increase will receive additional compensation and may receive a revised deadline.
- Project-specific expenses, maintenance, and warranty obligations will be agreed separately.
Delivery and acceptance standard
A milestone is not complete merely because code has been submitted. Completion may require:
- All agreed features and acceptance criteria
- Passing functional and technical tests
- Required security and performance checks
- Deployment or deployable delivery, depending on scope
- Updated documentation and configuration instructions
- Source code committed to the correct Blaron-controlled repository
- Resolution of defects that fall inside the approved scope
- Blaron retains final approval authority for scope interpretation, milestone acceptance, and delivery quality, based on the written project requirements. Disagreements should be resolved using the approved brief, documented changes, and project agreement.
KYC, NDA, security, and ownership
KYC is completed once after conditional selection and before the first project begins. It may include:
- National ID or another approved identity document
- Current photograph
- Address verification
- Educational certificates when applicable and available
- Professional references or other verification reasonably required for the role
- KYC information will be used for verification and onboarding purposes.
Agreements
Before receiving project access, the engineer must sign a non-disclosure agreement, a project or contractor agreement, and any project-specific security, confidentiality, or access terms.
Intellectual property
- Development must take place in Blaron-controlled repositories and accounts unless otherwise approved.
- Ownership of work completed and paid for transfers to Blaron or its client, as defined in the project agreement.
