Client obligations

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You must not use our software or infrastructure for any illegal activity, including data collection or automation that violates a third party's terms of service or applicable law.

Intellectual property

Unless a specific contract states otherwise, Blaron retains the intellectual property rights to the underlying code, patterns, and methods used to deliver our systems. The specific configurations and the data processed remain the property of the client.

Copyright and DMCA

Blaron operates services that store material at the direction of their users, including deepstorage.dev. You must not upload, store, or share material that infringes someone else's copyright or other rights. We respond to valid notices of claimed infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, and we have registered a designated agent with the United States Copyright Office. Repeat infringer policy

In accordance with Section 512(i) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, Blaron has adopted and reasonably implements a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. Where we remove material in response to a valid notice, we may record that notice against the account concerned. Accounts that show a pattern of infringing use may lose access to the service permanently, and stored material may be removed.

Limitation of liability

Blaron is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the services.

Estimates

Any budget estimate shown through the inquiry assistant is an indicative figure confirmed by our team, not a binding quotation. A final scope and price are agreed in a written proposal.

Revisions

Materials on this website may contain technical or typographic errors. We do not warrant that all materials are accurate, complete, or current.
