About Blaron
Blaron is a Dhaka-based engineering studio that builds custom software, automation systems, AI infrastructure, CRM solutions, bots, data systems, web applications, and performance and security solutions for businesses in Bangladesh and international markets. Blaron's social content must explain technical work in a clear, attractive, and credible way. The content should help non-technical decision-makers understand what Blaron builds, why it matters, and how it can improve their operations.
Purpose of the role
The Social Media Manager owns Blaron's complete content process: research, strategy, create, publish, engage, analyze, improve. The goal is to move from the first idea to measurable brand and business growth. This includes planning, writing, designing, recording, editing, publishing, community management, analytics, and continuous improvement. This is not a posting-only role. The selected person must be able to independently turn Blaron's projects, expertise, case studies, and ideas into professional content across multiple formats and platforms.
Main objectives
- Build a consistent and credible Blaron brand across social platforms.
- Explain complex AI, automation, software, data, and engineering topics in simple English.
- Turn real projects into useful demonstrations, case studies, tutorials, and proof-based content.
- Increase qualified reach, engagement, profile visits, website traffic, inquiries, and brand trust.
- Create a repeatable content system instead of producing disconnected posts.
- Use analytics and audience feedback to improve future content.
- Protect Blaron's professional tone, confidentiality, and visual identity.
Platform scope
The role covers the platforms assigned by Blaron, which may include Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, X, Telegram and other relevant channels. Responsibilities may differ by platform. The manager must adapt dimensions, pacing, captions, hooks, thumbnails, titles, publishing times, calls to action, and community responses while keeping one consistent brand.
Content formats
The selected person must be able to create or manage:
- Short-form videos
- Reels and vertical videos
- Carousels
- Static graphics
- Project demonstrations
- Product walkthroughs
- Tutorials and educational content
- Case studies
- Face-camera content
- Screen recordings
- Before-and-after comparisons
- Service explainers
- Founder-led or expert-led content
- Launch, update, recruitment, and company posts
- Long-form video or written content when assigned
Core responsibilities
The exact format mix will be determined by strategy, platform performance, available project material, and Blaron's priorities.
Research
- Research Blaron's services, projects, audiences, competitors, industries, and content opportunities.
- Understand technical subjects before creating public content.
- Identify relevant audience questions, problems, objections, search topics, trends, and content gaps.
- Verify facts, terminology, project details, and claims before publication.
- Maintain organized research notes and reusable knowledge resources.
Strategy
- Create content strategies aligned with Blaron's business goals.
- Define target audiences, content pillars, campaign themes, platform roles, and calls to action.
- Build monthly and weekly content calendars.
- Balance education, proof, authority, brand storytelling, recruitment, project demonstrations, and conversion-focused content.
- Propose experiments and explain what success should look like.
Copywriting and scripting
- Write hooks, scripts, captions, titles, descriptions, slide copy, calls to action, and community responses.
- Write professional English for a worldwide audience.
- Make technical concepts easy to understand without making false, exaggerated, or unsupported claims.
- Match Blaron's preferred tone: clean, minimal, professional, user-friendly, confident, and visually understandable.
- Avoid unnecessary wording, emojis, em dashes, clutter, and unprofessional promotional language.
Shooting and presentation
- Plan and record face-camera content when required.
- Prepare shot lists, scripts, framing, lighting, audio, screen recordings, and supporting footage.
- Direct or guide the Founder and other team members when they appear in content.
- Speak or present confidently when the content format requires it.
Video and audio production
- Edit short-form and longer-form videos.
- Apply clean pacing, cuts, subtitles, typography, motion, transitions, screen captures, and visual emphasis.
- Perform basic audio cleanup, sound balancing, color correction, and color grading.
- Export correctly for each platform without avoidable quality loss.
- Keep project files organized so content can be revised or repurposed.
Graphic and carousel design
- Create professional carousels, static graphics, thumbnails, diagrams, covers, and visual explainers.
- Maintain Blaron's visual system across layouts, colors, typography, spacing, icons, and recurring components.
- Balance text and visuals so a non-technical person can understand the message quickly.
- Avoid chaotic layouts, unnecessary decoration, unreadable text, and inconsistent branding.
Publishing and distribution
- Prepare final captions, titles, tags, thumbnails, links, and platform-specific metadata.
- Schedule and publish approved content accurately and on time.
- Repurpose strong ideas across suitable formats without posting identical content blindly.
- Check posts after publication for formatting, link, caption, crop, subtitle, or upload errors.
- Maintain an organized record of published content and source files.
Community and direct-message management
- Monitor comments, mentions, replies, and messages on assigned platforms.
- Respond professionally within the authority provided by Blaron.
- Escalate sales inquiries, technical questions, complaints, partnership requests, and sensitive messages to the correct person.
- Avoid making commitments, pricing promises, technical claims, or client statements without authorization.
- Protect confidential information and maintain respectful communication.
Analytics and reporting
- Track reach, impressions, views, watch time, retention, engagement, saves, shares, comments, follower quality, profile visits, website clicks, inquiries, and conversions where measurable.
- Compare performance by platform, format, topic, hook, duration, posting time, and call to action.
- Prepare clear reports showing what worked, what failed, why it may have happened, and what should change.
- Use data to improve the next content cycle.
- Distinguish meaningful business results from vanity metrics.
Content systems and knowledge management
- Build reusable research, scripting, prompt, design, editing, approval, publishing, and reporting workflows.
- Maintain content databases, templates, checklists, brand references, asset libraries, and knowledge bases.
- Document repeatable processes so the content operation can scale.

- Mapping content-production workflows
- Using ChatGPT and Claude effectively
- Using ChatGPT Codex and Claude Code when they improve content systems, automation, websites, analytics, or production workflows
- Learning new AI and creative tools when the work requires them
