Sub-processors

To run this website and the services behind it, we rely on a small number of third-party providers. This page lists them, what each one handles, and when it is involved. We keep the list short on purpose.

Providers we use to run this site

What is not on this list

We do not use advertising networks, data brokers, session recording tools, customer data platforms, or third-party font providers. Technologies you may see named in our project write-ups, such as payment or error-reporting services, belong to systems we built for clients and are not used by this website.

Project-specific processors

When we build or operate a system for a client, that system may use additional providers, chosen for the project and named in the relevant agreement. Those are agreed with the client rather than listed here, because they differ from project to project. Clients who need a data processing agreement with a defined sub-processor list should contact us and we will put one in place.

International transfers

Several of the providers above operate globally, which means data may be processed outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens we rely on the transfer mechanisms those providers make available in their own terms.

Changes to this list

We update this page when a provider is added or removed. If you have a contract with us that requires advance notice of a change to sub-processors, the notice period in that contract applies.
