Who this applies to
This policy covers all Blaron services, including any service that lets you upload, store, stream, or share files. It applies alongside our Terms of Service. Where a signed client agreement covers a specific engagement, that agreement takes precedence for that engagement.
Content you must not upload, store, or share
- Material that infringes copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or any other right. Our DMCA Copyright Policy explains how rights holders can report infringement.
- Material that sexually exploits or endangers children. We remove this immediately and report it to the appropriate authorities.
- Malware, ransomware, exploit kits, or anything designed to damage or gain unauthorised access to a system.
- Material that is unlawful where you are, where we operate, or where it is made available.
- Content that harasses, threatens, defames, or incites violence against a person or group.
- Personal or confidential data you have no lawful basis to hold or share, including credentials, payment card data, or identity documents belonging to other people.
Conduct that is not allowed
- Probing, scanning, or testing the security of our systems without our written permission, or attempting to bypass authentication, quotas, or rate limits.
- Interfering with the service or with other users, including denial of service attempts and deliberate resource exhaustion.
- Sending unsolicited bulk messages, or using our services to support spam or phishing operations.
- Misrepresenting who you are, or using an account you are not authorised to use.
- Automated collection of data in a way that breaks the law or the terms of the source you are collecting from.
- Reselling or redistributing a service as your own without our written agreement.
A note on automation and data collection
Blaron builds automation, scraping, and lead research systems for clients. Whether that work is lawful depends on the source, the jurisdiction, and the purpose, and it is scoped case by case. Nothing in our services may be used to collect data unlawfully, and if you are commissioning that kind of work, compliance with applicable law and platform rules remains your responsibility as the operator.
How we enforce this
When we become aware of a breach we may remove or disable access to the material, suspend or terminate the account, and where the law requires it or the situation is serious, report the matter to the relevant authorities. We try to act proportionately and to tell the account holder what happened, but we may act immediately and without notice where there is a risk of harm, legal exposure, or damage to the service.
Repeat infringement
Accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright are terminated in appropriate circumstances, in line with the repeat infringer policy set out in our DMCA Copyright Policy and Terms of Service.
Reporting abuse
To report a breach of this policy, email [email protected] with enough detail for us to find the material or account concerned, including a direct link where possible. Copyright complaints should instead go to our designated agent at [email protected], using the process on our DMCA Copyright Policy page, because copyright notices have specific legal requirements.
