The brief
A restaurant needed a site that felt as inviting as the room: quick to load, easy to book from, and correct on the legal basics, without a heavy content-management system to maintain.
What we built
A polished React front end with smooth scrolling and tasteful motion, a menu preview, reservation and contact forms that reach the owner, and an embedded map, all sized to load fast on a phone at the table.
Compliant and easy to run
The site follows our house rules for European small businesses: DSGVO-compliant handling, self-hosted fonts, consent-gated third parties, and full German and English parity. It ships with a deployment walkthrough and installs on the client's server with a single command.
Stack
React and Vite over a Python aiohttp backend, one process serving both the built front end and the form endpoints. No template, no page builder, a bespoke build the owner fully controls.
